The International Single Window Conference & Exhibition is an experience-sharing forum on the Single Window concept . The aim is to bring together different regions of the world, with contributions of countries which have a lot of experience in this field, participation of countries wishing to set up their Single Window project, organizations that support the implementation of Single Window system, and international experts.

Objectives
 This 3rd edition aims to continue the sharing of experiences. While the goal is in general to promote the use of information technology and the implementation of the Single Window, the event puts a special emphasis on innovations, and interconnectivity in its broadest sense
Expected results
For Africa
- Strengthen African countries commitment to the Single Window Concept
- Promote the African Alliance (AACE) and its activities and projects
- Encourage the accession of new members to the African Alliance (AACE)
- Promote trade relations between African countries and the rest of the world

- Increase the private sector's and Governments' interest in the Single Window Concept
- Be aware of recent developments in Single Window Concept and technologies
- Develop relationships and promote regional and international cooperation
- Contribute to the international trade facilitation

The event is intended for :
- the various Ministries in charge of the Economy, Trade, Transport, Information and Communication Technologies, but also to other Ministries in charge of border control issues (Health, Agriculture, Livestock breeding, etc.), and the public sector in general;
- the various government partners (donors and technical assistance);
- airport and port authorities, shipping lines, land-based and air-freight transport companies, stevedoring operators and container terminals, banks and insurance companies, single window operators, traders, and the private sector in general
